These terms govern engagements between Red Octopus and its clients. Work begins once a scope and payment schedule are agreed in writing.
Deliverables, timelines and revision limits are defined per engagement. Additional scope is quoted separately.
Intellectual property in final approved deliverables transfers to the client on full payment.
Retainer fees cover work performed within the billing cycle and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Ad spend is passed through at cost; any unspent, pre-funded ad budget is refundable.
Event deposits follow the schedule agreed in the event contract.
We respond to standard requests within one business day and to urgent production issues within 24 hours.
Reporting cadence and dedicated points of contact are defined per retainer tier.
Planned maintenance and dependencies outside our control are communicated in advance.
