What you'll do.

  • Coordinate shoots, freelancers and suppliers
  • Own scheduling and resource planning across the team
  • Design and document processes that actually get followed
  • Track deliverables and flag risks before deadlines slip
  • Keep tools, files and assets organised

What we need.

  • Highly organised and genuinely process-minded
  • You notice when a workflow is broken and fix it rather than working around it
  • Comfortable coordinating shoots, freelancers and suppliers under deadline pressure
  • Clear communicator across teams
  • Based in 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed or a surrounding area

Nice to have.

  • Production coordination experience
  • Notion / Asana / ClickUp
  • Basic finance tracking
